  IT Head Department (System and Network Administrator) (2004 – 2010)

-    Designed and Implemented IT system, organizing the flow of data throughout the hospital and implemented a connecting network between clinical and none clinical departments to assure a quality of service.

-    Implemented a policies and procedures manual

-    Implemented the Orientation manual

-    Developed a strategic plan with time line

-     Implanted a contingency plan in case of software or hardware failure

-    Implemented an auto backup system

-    Implemented a help desk to perform quick response to any failure

-    Scheduled training lectures for employees

    Achieved a Certificate of Merit and a full mark from the Australian Team of hospital accreditations
